Remote First
CES has a USA based fully-remote, distributed team that spans from coast to coast. This means you have the freedom to live wherever you want–whether that be near family, being a digital nomad, or in a big city center.
We encourage you to be where you’re comfortable so you can live your best life AND do your best work!
Unlimited PTO
Some companies say they have unlimited PTO, but using it is a hassle that feels like more work than it’s worth. At CES, we know our team is more engaged and more productive when they use their time off! So alongside our unlimited PTO benefit, we have a minimum annual PTO requirement (3 week minimum) to ensure our team is prioritizing themselves!
We also have a 2-week, end of year, organization wide break to focus on self-care and family before diving into another year.
Flexible Scheduling
While we meet virtually on a regular basis, we value flexibility and often work asynchronously.
Life happens! Need to pick your kid up from school or take your dog to the vet? Do your best work at 2AM? Our flexible work policies allow you to prioritize yourself, your family, AND our work!
